A: Tracking uses a “cookie duration” set inside the affiliate campaign, which defines how long after the click you can still be credited if they purchase within that window.

A: If the tracking cookie is cleared, they use private/incognito mode, switch browsers/devices, or don’t use the official link, tracking can fail and commission credit may not be granted.

A: No—referrals must be made through the official tracking link (or approved tracking method) for attribution, and we can’t guarantee credit if the link wasn’t used.

A: Commission attribution is determined by the campaign/link used and the campaign’s settings, so we recommend using the correct campaign link for each promotion.

A: Yes—your commission is based on subscription revenue collected, and it continues each month while the referred customer remains active and paying.

A: Payouts are generated into Pending on the 1st of each month, then you’ll see them progress through Pending → Approved for Payout → Paid once we review and process payments.

A: Inside Affiliate Manager, admins can set payout terms like paying commissions 30 days after the sale to account for cancellations/chargebacks, and each payout shows a “Due” date based on that configuration.​

A: We can pay via PayPal and you’ll select/configure your payout method in the affiliate portal settings.

A: No—there is no minimum payout threshold. Commissions are paid out regardless of the amount earned.

A: If a customer cancels, is refunded, or reclaims payment, commissions can be withheld or deducted from future commissions (and fraudulent/unqualified sales may not earn commission).

A: The setup fee is waived only when the client signs up through your approved partner tracking link (partner terms apply).​

A: Typically no—tracking/eligibility depends on using the official referral method at signup, and we can’t guarantee changes after the fact.

Affiliate portal access remains available as long as you are an active partner with us. Other business tools and resources we provide may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
